- Article 6(1)(a): Explicit consent obtained for marketing communications
- Article 6(1)(f): Legitimate interest in service improvement and quality assurance
3. Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill contractual obligations plus an additional period of 24 months for warranty and support purposes. Financial records are maintained for 7 years in compliance with Danish tax legislation.
4. Data Subject Rights
Under GDPR, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

Refund Policy
Service Provider: NovaVertexDynamics, 1050, Nyhavn 18, Copenhagen, Denmark, Denmark.
1. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refund requests are evaluated based on the following conditions:
- Services not yet commenced: Full refund minus administrative processing fee of 5%
- Services in progress: Refund calculated proportionally based on completed milestones
- Services completed: No refund applicable unless quality standards are demonstrably unmet
- Services with documented defects: Full remediation or proportional refund at client discretion
2. Milestone-Based Payment Structure
All projects operate on a milestone-based payment schedule:
- Phase I (Initiation): 30% due upon contract signing
- Phase II (Development): 40% due upon design approval
- Phase III (Delivery): 30% due upon final deployment
Refund requests for completed phases are assessed against delivered milestones.
3. Refund Request Process
Submit refund requests via email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Project identifier and contract reference number
- Detailed description of the grounds for refund
- Supporting documentation where applicable
Processing time: 10-14 business days from receipt of complete refund request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Third-party licenses or software purchases procured on behalf of the client
- Domain name registrations and hosting fees already provisioned
- Work completed and approved during the project lifecycle
5. Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes are resolved through the following escalation path: Direct negotiation, Mediation through the Danish Board of Commercial Arbitration, and if necessary, jurisdiction of the Copenhagen City Court.
Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
NovaVertexDynamics provides web development, design, and digital consulting services as detailed in individual project proposals and statements of work. Each engagement is governed by a specific contract that supplements these general terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. This includes:
- Original source code and design assets created specifically for the project
- Custom graphics, illustrations, and visual elements
- Written content and copy produced during the engagement
NovaVertexDynamics retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in project execution.
3. Client Obligations
The client commits to:
- Providing timely access to necessary materials, credentials, and feedback
- Designating a primary point of contact for project communications
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary methodologies disclosed during engagement
4. Limitation of Liability
NovaVertexDynamics liability is limited to the total value of the specific project engagement. The service provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from service delivery or use of delivered products.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 36 months.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Copenhagen City Court.
7. Amendments
NovaVertexDynamics reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of services after the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
